"GR Crosscut's Ludicrous Toy Pics started in 2001 with a few one-shots and a loosely held together story line. Today, not much has changed, eh heh. The chief characters are Scavenger, Optimus Minor, and Sizzle, who like to hang out and play pen and paper RPGs. Occasionally they fight off Gundams, Zoids, and other monsters with the help of their friends. It's fun for the whole family!"

What Is A Picfic?

A "picfic" is basically a comic strip, but uses photographs for each panel instead of drawings. Generally, the pictures are of toys cleverly posed and interacting with the environment about them. Dialogue is added to provide a story. Occasionally, special effects are applied to the photographs to provide action or even attain stunts that would not be possible using the raw photograph.
